Shipping & Returns
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. If the product is in stock it will be shipped within 48-72 hours. Out of stock products will ship in 14-21 days. Shipping date and tracking will be provided by email. Carrier and cost
The carrier is selected based on the best option for ground shipment in the US. Shipping carriers for shipments outside the US will be selected based on “best way” unless otherwise specified by the customer before the shipping date. Valkyrie carrier of choice for international shipments is DHL unless customer requests otherwise.
Standard Shipment - DAP is a Shipping Incoterm that refers to “Delivered at Place.” When delivering the products to the agreed location or point, the buyer pays for applicable taxes and import duties. It may include delivered duty paid, local taxes, and import clearance.
DDP - DDP is an incoterm that stands for “delivered duty paid.” If DDP is requested, Valkyrie Simulators estimates and invoices the buyer for cost of all duties, taxes, and transport fees. The seller agrees to pay any additional fees associated with the shipment such as added customs and storage fees due to delays in delivery of products.
EXW - EX works - The seller and buyer agree to the delivery point whereas the buyer is responsible for delivery to place and pays all transport costs. The buyer provides Valkyrie their carrier account number for documentation preparation.
Cost will be estimated based on carrier quote. All shipments are subject to a handling charge. Costs are due and payable before shipment is executed.
Lost or damaged shipments
All shipments are FOB Valkyrie’s warehouse in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, USA. Lost or damaged shipment claims should be made by the purchaser directly to the carrier. For assistance, please contact Valkyrie by email at email@example.com.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please contact Valkyrie at 866 330 0414 or firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. We request you return the purchase in "like new" condition within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. RMA and original Invoice number must be visual on the shipping label and documents. If the product was ordered in error, it can be exchanged for the correct product. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns.
