Full payment is required no later than 4 calendar weeks before the event. We will send you an email invoice once we receive your registration details.

BY REGISTERING FOR THE EVENT YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT OUR CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

All cancellations have to be made in writing to 'contact@valkyrie-simulators.com'.  Cancellations made more than 1 calendar month in advance will receive 100% refund of fees paid. Cancellations within 1 month of workshop date will receive no refund of fees paid.
