Another Successful Workshop in Berkeley Springs!

Valkyrie Simulators' October 19th workshop proved to be yet another successful teaching, training and ultrasound skills development event. The course was chaired by Dr Jeff Gadsden, Associate Professor of Anesthesiology at Duke University.

Following an in-depth discussion on ultrasound-guided needle fundamentals led by Robert Nicholls, head of education and manufacturing at Valkyrie Simulators, attendees practiced their needling skills using Valkyrie’s advanced simulators.

 

Additionally, upon completion of the workshop, each attendee received a complimentary workshop anatomy trainer for continued needling practice.

Participants praised the event, calling it an “exceptional workshop” and highly recommending it to all anesthesiology providers.

​

This workshop marks the third event hosted by Valkyrie Simulators' new training academy in the historical town of Berkeley Springs, WV, home to Valkyrie Simulators' corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility.

 

Valkyrie workshops and simulation systems are designed to provide medical professionals a platform from which to continue to expand their ultrasound scanning knowledge and techniques.
