Replacement Insert for MS2-INF

This listing is for a replacement insert only and does not include base or carrying case. 

Please contact Valkyrie at contact@valkyrie-simulators.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. We request you return the purchase in "like new" condition within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. RMA and original Invoice number must be visual on the shipping label and documents. If the product was ordered in error, it can be exchanged for the correct product. Customer is responsible for shipping cost for returns.

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. If the product is in stock it will be shipped within 3-5 Business Days. For more information regarding shipments to US Territories or international shipments/billing email us at contact@valkyrie-simulators.com.

Carrier and cost: The carrier is selected based on best option for ground shipment in the US. Shipping carrier for Shipments outside the US will be selected based on “best way” unless otherwise specified by customer before the shipping date. 

Cost: Cost will be estimated based on carrier quote. All shipments are subject to a handling charge.

Lost or damaged shipments: All shipments are FOB Valkyrie’s warehouse in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, USA. Lost or damaged shipment claims should be made by the purchaser directly to the carrier.

Payment Policy: All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering or before order is processed for shipping unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. In the case of extended payment terms, all payments are due 30 days after invoice date to avoid a late fee of 2% per month of total invoice amount.

Accepted Forms of Payment: Payment can be made by credit card, check, or bank transfer. Please consult your invoice for payment instructions or call (855) 869-1320.

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before shipping by contact Valkyrie at (855) 869-1320 or email us at contact@valkyrie-simulators.com. Please consult your order confirmation for the expected shipping date.

Valkyrie takes pride in its quality design and manufacturing standards. Our products are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. During the warranty period, a defective part or product will be replaced either with a new or reconditioned part or product, depending on the availability at the time.

This warranty covers normal consumer usage and does not cover damage incurred through use not consistent with the product design. Failure that results from alteration, accident, misuse, vandalism, or neglect is not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not extend to any products that have been used in violation of written instructions.
